Pastor Preus was born in Grand Forks, ND. The son of a pastor who served Lutheran congregations in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Pastor Preus calls both states his home. He attended college at Minnesota State University, Mankato, receiving a B.A. in Economics in 2007. He then attended Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN, receiving the Master of Divinity in 2011. He completed his coursework for the Master of Sacred Theology in 2012 and is currently working on his thesis. Pastor Preus was called as pastor of Trinity in May, 2012 and was ordained at Trinity in August, 2012.

Pastor Preus and his wife Margaret were married in Niagara Falls, ON in July of 2012.

Peg has served as the Director of Youth and Family Life at Trinity since 2010. She and her husband Jim have been active members of Trinity long before she joined the staff.

If you ever call Trinity, Lorraine is typically the voice you'll hear on the other end! Lorraine grew up and went to school nearby in Newhall, Iowa. She went to church and was confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Newhall. She has worked at Trinity since 1967 and her favorite part of her job is doing anything she can to be of service to the congregation. She is married to Jerry and in her free time she enjoys reading.
